Wysiwyg: Thank you for checking it out again. I always make sure to stop myself from being too colourful.

But I've some "own"suggestation for youand hope you don't mind...
... is the colour you used are always "a little bit too fresh"
I think you can try to tune-down the colour situtration a little bit "dirty"..
And even Drew Struzen, sometime I feel the colour he used are too "shock" especially the poster of "Star wars The Phantom Menage"!
But his old poster like "Indianna Johnann" are not!
Well, all above are only my own opinion. Hope you don't mind!
I really love you job!

dax: Thanks!
rifty: first, I apply gesso to the illustration board. Then I draw out the outlines of the figure, and then enforce the important features (like the eyes) and the main outlines with dark colour pencils (Prismacolour brand). Then, I use acrylic wash to apply colours to the necessary areas. Then I use airbrush to create 'spots' for the skin texture. Finally I use colour pencils again to finish it all up. Any touch ups are made with air brush and white acrylic paint. It is easier than it sounds.
HAPPYQ: I appreciate your comment. I like to use fresh colours for this kind of work. I think the freshness actually comes from the colour pencils, depending on how I used them. The Indiana Jones poster that you mentioned have a very controlled colour pallete, giving it an old classic look. Here, I let my colour-happy feelings run wild
thienbao: yes, I used colour pencils. My favourite is Prismacolour (they are expensive!). But here, its more mixed media than full colour pencil work.
sifty: thank you again!
ARTOONATOR: Hi, I have posted some comments to you works and I will comment the rest later when I can find the time. There are soooo many nice works in this site, and so little time to comment them all!
shyamshriram: Thank you!
ojodekuervo: thank you for the score!
Fyralath: Thank you too!
siffert: Again, thank you
Friends, thank you all so much for spending time to comment.
Sincerely,
Jerome
